AI training for Boulder County teams - Available from November
Your team learns AI on its own work, in your office.
Your team has heard the AI talks. Most people still do the same work the same way. I train one team at a time, in your office, on the work it does every week. Your team does the hands-on work. I never log in to your systems.

Ground rules
How I work
- I never log in to your systems. Your team does the hands-on work.
- You write your AI policy from my template. You decide what goes in it.
- Your team sets its own goals. We measure against your week 1 baseline.
- No client-confidential or personal data goes into any AI tool until your policy is signed.
Fit
Who it is for
Owners and operations leads of Boulder County firms with 5 to 50 people.
It fits teams that write a lot, quote a lot, or answer the same questions every week: accounting and bookkeeping, architecture and engineering, solar and trade contractors, natural-products brands.
Limits
What it is not
- Not a lecture or a tool tour.
- Not IT work. I never log in to your systems or handle your client data.
- Not custom software. Integrations that need code are quoted separately.
- Not legal advice. Your lawyer should read your AI policy before it is final.
- Not for decisions about a person's education, employment, housing, lending, insurance, healthcare or government benefits.
The trainer
Who runs it
Patrick Heneise, Zentered Studios LLC, Boulder.
At a solar manufacturer he built the AI agent platform used by 70+ people and wrote the company's first AI policy. The part that mattered was never the model. It was sitting with a team and learning which spreadsheet they open on a Monday. He co-founded BoulderJS and has written software since 2000.
Next step
Start with a 20-minute call
Tell me how your team's week goes. If a pilot or a workshop does not fit, I will say so.
