How we work
One person to talk to. Agents doing the implementation.
Scope
Tell us what you are building, what is slow about it today, and the deadline you are working against. You get a scope and a fixed price back, or an honest note that this is not work we should take.
Included in this phase
- A call with a person
- Written scope
- Fixed price
- A straight no, if we are the wrong fit
Build
Agents do the implementation work. A spec when the change is substantial, a plan, code in an isolated git worktree, review from several angles, then a verification pass that runs the product in a real browser before anything is called done.
This is how Roadbook ships every week. We build your product the same way, or we build the first slice and hand you the pipeline.
The pipeline
Handoff
The code, the pipeline, and the runbook land in your repository. The pipeline is the Claude Code commands and skills we built it with. You own all of it and can read all of it. The pipeline gets better every time you run it.
Included in this phase
- The code
- The pipeline
- The runbook
Our values
Agents do the work. A person answers for it.
The first three services run in our own products before we sell them. That is how we know what holds up in production and what only demos well.
- Understand first. We learn the problem in full before we propose a fix.
- Out of the box. We question the obvious approach before we take it.
- Creative and simple. We look for the simplest solution that works. Finding it usually takes the creativity.
- Detail oriented. The small things get checked, not assumed.
- Extremely fast. Agents build. We plan and give direction.
